• Forecasting Health Insurer Profitability: 1997-1999 This research report was published as a special edition of the Health Cost Index Report in April 1997 and is now generally available. This report takes historical underwriting gain/loss information from the Blue Cross/Blue Shield system and presents a model explaining historical movements in profitability along with a three year forecast. This report extends "Modeling the Health Insurance Underwriting Cycle".
• National Health Expenditure Forecasts: 1995-1998 This report is the third in the series, reflecting updated NHE data through 1994 and new forecast models.
